Checklist for facilities
Safety briefing – Checklist for facilities
New colleagues, new rooms, new equipment – and last year's briefing is forgotten. The checklist guides you through the yearly safety briefing, from escape routes to hazardous substances, and records attendance with a photo of the signed list; keep the original yourself.
For iPhone & iPad · priced per location, all staff included
SAFETY BRIEFING
Annual briefing of the team on safety and what to do in an emergency.
- 8Check items
- 1Required photos
- YearlyRhythm
- 30 daysLead time
The first due date is the day you create the checklist; after that it is due every year on the same day. It appears in “Today” 30 days before, so there is time to plan it. If it is not done, it is marked overdue and the admins – plus the people responsible, if you assigned the checklist – get a notification. You can change the first date, rhythm, lead time and responsible people afterwards in the editor under “Repeat” and “Responsible”.
