Checklist for facilities
Equipment safety inspection – Checklist for facilities
Inspection labels on equipment and systems, ladders, fire extinguishers, electrical equipment: in every building, inspection deadlines run in parallel. The yearly overview does not replace a specialist inspection, but it makes sure labels are valid, faulty equipment is marked and appointments with specialist firms are booked in time.

- 30 daysLead time
The first due date is the day you create the checklist; after that it is due every year on the same day. It appears in “Today” 30 days before, so there is time to plan it. If it is not done, it is marked overdue and the admins – plus the people responsible, if you assigned the checklist – get a notification. You can change the first date, rhythm, lead time and responsible people afterwards in the editor under “Repeat” and “Responsible”.
